About the Health Status Survey

The Health Status survey collects detailed veterinary health histories from participants. Some questions ask about general health conditions. Others ask about health conditions that occur in specific body systems. Refer to Curated Data for details about date of diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing medical followup. NOTE: These are owner-reported data, which may or may not be confirmed via veterinary electronic medical records.
